Data Deletion

Your GDPR Rights: In accordance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and Meta, Google, and TikTok platform requirements, you can request deletion of your data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

1 From Your nPosts.ai Account

The simplest and fastest method.

  1. Log in to your account at app.nposts.ai
  2. Go to Settings → My Profile
  3. Click Delete my account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Effect: All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

2 By Email

If you no longer have access to your account.

Send an email to privacy@nposts.ai with:

  • Subject: "Data deletion request"
  • Your name and email address associated with the account
  • (Optional) The reason for your request

Processing time: Maximum 30 days

3 Via Facebook/Instagram

If you used Facebook login for nPosts.ai.

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click on Apps and Websites
  3. Search for nPosts.ai in the list
  4. Click Remove
  5. In the "Removed" section, click on nPosts.ai
  6. Click Request data deletion

We will automatically receive your request and proceed with the deletion.
