Data Deletion

In accordance with our commitment to transparency and applicable regulations, you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
Data Deleted
- Your user account and all associated information
- History of posts scheduled and published through nPosts.ai
- Connections to your social media pages (the pages themselves are not affected)
- Usage and browsing data related to your account
- Billing information (subject to legal retention requirements)
Data Retained
Some data may be retained for legal or contractual reasons:
- Invoices and accounting data (legal retention requirement of 5 years)
- Security logs (retained for a maximum of 12 months)
How to Request Deletion
From your account
Log in to app.nposts.ai → Settings → My Account → Delete my account. Deletion will be effective within 48 hours.
By email
Send an email to contact@nposts.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Consequences of Deletion
- Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
- Posts already published on your social media will remain online (they belong to your pages)
- Scheduled but unpublished posts will be cancelled
- This action is irreversible
Deletion via Facebook/Meta
If you connected nPosts.ai via Facebook Login, you can also revoke access and request data deletion from your Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → nPosts.ai → Remove. This will automatically trigger the deletion of your data on our end.
