Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the nPosts.ai platform, operated by NPOSTS ADVERTISING SERVICES - FZCO.

Definitions

• "Platform": the SaaS software accessible at app.nposts.ai
• "Client": any legal entity that subscribes to an nPosts.ai plan
• "User": any individual authorized by the Client to use the Platform
• "Content": any text, image, video, or other media created, imported, or published through the Platform
• "Network": all the Client's stores, outlets, or locations

Service Description

nPosts.ai is a B2B SaaS platform for local marketing for franchise and multi-location networks. It enables headquarters to create content and automatically distribute it across local social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok), with unique variations generated for each location.

Account Creation

• The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials
• The Client warrants having the necessary authority to connect their network's social media pages
• One account per franchise network is allowed, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Social Media Access

• The Client authorizes nPosts.ai to access their social media pages via official APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• The Client remains the sole owner of their pages and content
• The Client may revoke access at any time from the Platform settings or from third-party platforms
• nPosts.ai does not modify or delete content without explicit instruction from the Client

Client Obligations

• Comply with the terms of use of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Do not publish illegal, defamatory, misleading content, or content that infringes on third-party rights
• Do not use the Platform for spam or unethical practices
• Hold all necessary rights to content published through the Platform

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be changed with 30 days' notice
• Billing is monthly, per connected store, from activation
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who issues invoices on behalf of nPosts.ai
• In case of non-payment after a reminder, access to the service may be suspended

Intellectual Property

• The Platform, its source code, design, and algorithms are the exclusive property of NPOSTS ADVERTISING SERVICES - FZCO
• The Client retains all rights to their content
• The Client grants nPosts.ai a limited license to publish content on social media according to their instructions

Liability

• nPosts.ai endeavors to provide an available and functional service to a reasonable extent
• nPosts.ai cannot be held liable for modifications, outages, or interruptions of third-party APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• nPosts.ai cannot be held liable for content published by the Client through the Platform
• nPosts.ai's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client during the preceding 12 months

Termination

• The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from the Platform settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• In case of Terms violation, nPosts.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without notice
• After termination, Client data is deleted within 30 days

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Dubai.
