Refund Policy

This policy describes the refund conditions for nPosts.ai subscriptions, managed by our payment partner Paddle.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the start of the subscription or renewal
- Refunds are granted if the service does not match the description provided on our website
- Refunds are not granted for simple non-use of the service
- After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel for the next period
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@nposts.ai with the subject "Refund Request", including your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing takes 5 to 10 business days after approval
- A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@nposts.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.
